WHEN DO I GET MY PACKAGE?

We ship out new packages on the 1st of each month (or subsequent business day). So you should expect your tracking notification by the first day each month and then your package arrival a few days later.

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY TO PLACE MY ORDER AND STILL GET THIS MONTH'S BOX?

Any order placed from the 1st to the 4th day of the month, will be shipped that month.  All orders placed from the 5th to 31st of a given month will be shipped out on the first of the following month.


WHAT TYPE OF JEWELRY WILL I RECEIVE?

In addition to your jewelry, we love to surprise our VIPs with bonus items in their packages, so be on the lookout!


HOW WILL I KNOW TO LOOK OUT FOR MY PACKAGE?

You will get an automated tracking email each time a package ships to you, so you can be on alert for your new jewelry.


CAN I RETURN A VIP JEWELRY BOX?

No. You cannot return a monthly subscription box after it has shipped. Refunds will not be issued for any returns of the subscription box. If there is a problem or issue with your box please contact us at support@cateandchloe.com


WHAT IF I AM GOING AWAY OR NEED TO FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP FOR A MONTH?

No problem, we are happy to put your membership on hold for up to 6 months and resume it at a date that best works for you.      

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?


Yes, all of our subscription sign-up options auto-renew after the term expires unless you request cancellation. If you signed up using a prepaid option, you will enjoy the same discounted rate (10% off for 3-mo, 15% off for 6-mo, 20% off for 1-year) for as long as you are a VIP member!


HOW DO I CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP?

If you wish to cancel your VIP membership, please contact us at membership@cateandchloe.com. Please DO NOT remove payment information from your account in attempts to cancel membership – this may not save successfully, resulting in an unwanted charge and continuation of your subscription. We will ensure that your membership is discontinued and that there are no loose ends!
